Groothuisbouw ist ein Bauunternehmen, das luxuri\u00f6se Einfamilienh\u00e4user f\u00fcr Privatkunden in den Niederlanden baut. Es m\u00f6chte in einem standardisierten Bauverfahren ma\u00dfgefertigte L\u00f6sungen anbieten. Zu diesem Zweck hat sich das Unternehmen die Konstruktionsverfahren aus der Automobilbranche zum Vorbild genommen und eignet sich so die F\u00e4higkeit an, seine Produkte prozessorientiert zu entwickeln. Vor rund einem Jahr haben Sie in eine WEINMANN-Fertigungsanlage investiert. Was hat Sie dazu bewogen?<\/h3>\n

Flier: F\u00fcr die Investition in eine komplett neue Fertigungslinie gab es gleich mehrere Gr\u00fcnde: Erstens wollten wir unsere Kapazit\u00e4ten erh\u00f6hen, um auf den Boom am Wohnungsmarkt einzuspielen. Zweitens wird die moderne Technologie in der neuen Fertigungsanlage die Effizienz steigern. Schon gleich zu Beginn unserer Gespr\u00e4che verstand WEINMANN, welche Problematiken wir l\u00f6sen wollen, und hat den gesamten Prozess analysiert. Es war uns wichtig, einen Partner zu haben, der uns nicht nur Teill\u00f6sungen, sondern eine Komplettl\u00f6sung anbieten konnte.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Haben Sie die Fertigung in eine separate Dach- und eine Wandlinie aufgeteilt, oder fertigen Sie alle Arten von Bauteilen auf beiden Linien?<\/h3>\n

Flier: Wir haben zwei Fertigungslinien mit jeweils einer integrierten Multifunktionsbr\u00fccke WALLTEQ M-380<\/a> Den Abbund der Balken f\u00fcr beide Fertigungslinien \u00fcbernimmt die Abbundanlage BEAMTEQ B-560<\/a> mit vollautomatischer Beschickung und Abstapelung. Da wir just in time fertigen, sind beide Multifunktionsbr\u00fccken nahezu identisch ausgestattet. Was wir heute fertigen, kommt morgen auf die Baustelle. Wir k\u00f6nnen uns keinen Stillstand erlauben. Deshalb lassen sich alle Bauteile auf beiden Fertigungslinien herstellen. Wir haben zwar eine Dach- und eine Wandlinie, doch falls es zu Engp\u00e4ssen kommt, k\u00f6nnen wir diese Konfiguration entsprechend anpassen. So haben wir nicht nur zwei Multifunktionsbr\u00fccken, sondern auch zwei Multifunktionslinien.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Ein Highlight der Fertigungslinie ist die Abbundmaschine mit vollautomatischer Beschickung und Abstapelung. Wie wirkt sich automatisches Materialhandling auf den Produktionsfluss aus?<\/h3>\n

Flier: Die zu bearbeitenden Balken werden durch das Beschickungsportal automatisch vom Rohstapel genommen und dann der Abbundmaschine zugef\u00fchrt. Nach Zuschnitt und Abbund der Balken werden die bearbeiteten H\u00f6lzer vollautomatisch ausgef\u00f6rdert, gesammelt und nach Bauteilart abgestapelt. Dann werden die H\u00f6lzer \u00fcber eine Pufferstrecke direkt zu den beiden Fertigungslinien transportiert. Um sicherzustellen, dass die Linien in der richtigen Reihenfolge mit den korrekten Bauteilen beschickt werden, erzeugt das Produktionskontrollsystem der Abbundmaschine zwei Auftragslisten mit den Datens\u00e4tzen f\u00fcr jede Linie. Die BEAMTEQ B-560 \u00fcberwacht und regelt die Pufferfunktion selbstst\u00e4ndig. Das Abstapelportal, das den Puffer bedient, ist mit einem Vakuum-Saug-System ausgestattet, das sogar kleine Bauteile, die nur 300 mm gro\u00df sind, aufnehmen kann. Diese Abstapeltechnologie, die wir in Zusammenarbeit mit WEINMANN entwickelt haben, ist die branchenweit erste ihrer Art und war ein entscheidendes Kaufkriterium f\u00fcr uns.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Die integrierten Handling- und Lagersysteme haben die Ergonomie der Arbeitsvorg\u00e4nge deutlich verbessert. Hat sich dies f\u00fcr Ihre Mitarbeiter bemerkbar gemacht?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Flier: Die hervorragende Ergonomie unserer Maschinen hat unseren Mitarbeitern die Arbeit erheblich erleichtert. Die k\u00f6rperliche Belastung ist sp\u00fcrbar gesunken. Oder wie ein Mitarbeiter sagte:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201eObwohl meine Arbeit nicht mehr so anstrengend ist, ist sie produktiver.\u201c<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Uns ist zudem aufgefallen, dass wir dank der modernen Arbeitspl\u00e4tze leichter neue Mitarbeiter finden. Ich denke, die Maschinenbediener sind stolz darauf, in einem so modernen Werk arbeiten zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

Wie bewerten Sie \u2013 ein Jahr nach der Inbetriebnahme \u2013 die Fertigungsanlage und die Zusammenarbeit w\u00e4hrend der Projektplanung?<\/h3>\n

Flier: Schon zwei Wochen nach Fertigstellung der ersten Linie war klar, dass sie unsere Effizienz eindeutig steigert. Und ich m\u00f6chte auch betonen, dass unsere Zusammenarbeit mit WEINMANN und dem niederl\u00e4ndischen Vertriebspartner OPTIMAT Group \u00e4u\u00dferst erfreulich verlief. Die guten Kontakte, geduldiges Zuh\u00f6ren und vor allem die Art, wie anspruchsvolle Herausforderungen w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Prozesses gel\u00f6st wurden: Das war einfach gro\u00dfartig!
